1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking services through The Nude Athlete (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or book our services.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book services or access this website. By booking, you represent that you and all guests at the event meet this age requirement, or that any minors present will not be exposed to event content (see Section 6).

 

3. Description of Services

The Nude Athlete provides professional live entertainment booking services for private events (bachelorette parties, birthdays, and similar celebrations) in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

  • Services are entertainment only. We do not offer, solicit, or provide sexual services of any kind.
  • Specific performance details (routine style, music, attire/theme, duration) are agreed upon at booking and may vary by package selected.
  • We reserve the right to substitute performers due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or safety concerns, and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if this occurs.

4. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are made through our online scheduling system [Calendly] and secured with payment processed via [Stripe].
  • A deposit of [20%] is required at booking to hold your date; the remaining balance is due [2 days before event / at time of service].
  • Prices are as listed at time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional fees may apply for travel outside our standard service area, extended time beyond the booked package, or last-minute date/time changes.
  • All payments are non-transferable to other clients without our written consent.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Client cancellations: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event are eligible for full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: One reschedule per booking is permitted at no charge if requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.
  • Our cancellations: If we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or safety concerns, we will offer a full refund or a rescheduled date at your preference.

 

6. Event Conduct & Guest Responsibility

  • The client booking the event is responsible for ensuring the venue is private, appropriate, and free of minors unless otherwise disclosed and agreed to in advance.
  • Guests are expected to treat performers with respect at all times. Non-consensual physical contact, harassment, or requests for services outside the agreed scope will result in immediate termination of the performance without refund.
  • The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests during the event and agrees to indemnify The Nude Athlete (Brodie) for any damages, injury, or liability arising from guest misconduct.
  • Alcohol and substance use at events is the responsibility of the host; we reserve the right to end a performance early if the environment becomes unsafe.

7. Photography & Recording

  • Photography/video of the performance by guests is permitted with performer consent.
  • Any content The Nude Athlete captures at events (for marketing, portfolio, or social media) will only be used with the client’s consent, obtained separately at booking.

8. Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Client acknowledges that live entertainment involves inherent risks and agrees to provide a safe, appropriate venue.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Nude Athlete, its performers, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from bookings, including but not limited to guest conduct, venue conditions, or third-party actions.

 

9. Separate Digital Content Platform

Our subscription content channel is hosted on a separate third-party platform (OnlyFans) and is governed entirely by that platform’s own Terms of Service and age-verification requirements. Subscribing to that platform is a separate transaction from booking live event services and does not entitle a subscriber to additional access, contact, or services beyond what is offered there.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All website content — text, images, graphics, and branding — is the property of The Nude Athlete unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

11. Privacy

Booking and contact information collected through this site is used solely to fulfill event requests and is not sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

 

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or services booked through this site shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas. 

 

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this site or future bookings after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
